Home

Well, we made it home last night around 11:30 from the great state of Illinois. It is bittersweet, because I love the feeling of being "home", but I just wish "home" was closer to Matt's parents. It was so hard to leave them, and especially hard to watch Emma give them hugs knowing she wouldn't see them again for a few months. I cried the entire time while we were packing all of our things before leaving, and I still get teary eyed now just thinking about not being in Illinois right now.

Home is where your heart is, and we definitely left a piece of our hearts back in Illinois. We miss you guys so much, and know we will see you again in December when you can see your new little grand-daughter!
